“1948 Jeep cj2a, Flat head 4 cylinder, T90 three speed transmission, Spicer 18 transfer case, Dana 44 rear with gov, lock, 11 inch brakes and 5.38 gears, DANA 27 front with 11 inch brakes and 5.38 gears, GM steering conversion, Early warn upright winch works great, full soft top and doors(needs back window), bikini top, full family style cage, rear seat with tool box underneath, heater works, CB, 34×10.5 super swamper on weld wheels. Has a tow bar and spare parts motor tyranny transfer case, tail gate, fenders, and another set of 35 inch BFG mud terrains on wheels great tread but side walls are cracking from weather, Super fun to drive on the trail and around town on nice days. Not much rust but paint does have scratches from trail exploring. It is 68 years old. Needs passenger side glass.”

Lots of $$ in brand new parts (carb, distributor, starter, starter solenoid, plugs, wires, etc.
Jeep starts very easily. Runs strong. Transmission shifts as it should. 4wd works. No fluid leaks. Has a little smoke, but this is fairly common on these old flathead motors. Its a good jeep and a solid platform for a restoration. Has some rust, needs tierod ends and leaf spring bushings and a few other minor things.
$4,000 cash or trade for guns/atv’s”

This manual is packed full of information for the DJ-3A, CJ-3B, CJ-5, CJ-6, 2WD station, 4WD utility wagon, panel delivery, 2WD 4WD pick-up truck and FC series trucks. Also included is regular production options, tire application chart showing tread design and sizes and plies. Also metal tops, convertible tops, garwood lift beds, koenig tool boxes and running boards and bumpers, king winches, ramsey winches and PTOs, BROS snow throwers, covington cutters, howe fire trucks. It has 5 inch chop top,ford rear end out of 67 econoline van, Grill is from a 38 ford pickup truck, front clip is a 72 Chevy pickup. The trans is out of a 64 impala. 350 motor.channeled 11 inches in the back and six towards the front. Make me an offer. Honestly hope I don’t get any good ones so I don’t have to sell it. I enjoy gettin my kicks around town.”
