Not restored to original, but sure looks nice.

“A fine example of a high hood Willy’s with only 5K miles since a body off-frame resto. If you take-off the roll bar and bikini top. It may pass as factory original, with safety and convenience additions.

Chevy Steering
11″ brakes
original ‘F’ head, machine shop built, balanced and detailed.
original drivetrain rebuild with overdrive added
Factory rear seat and buckets
3-point seat belts, fastened to roll bar.
electric wipers
C.B radio
S.W. gauges, sun super tach
tow bar–never towed
factory draw bar
original color –‘President Red’
tires are 90%, wheels are powder coated.
This Willy was a one owner, rust free, sold new to a central CA resident.
She drives as new with excellent manners, without any white knuckle experiences.
I have $12K in receipts.

“This is a vintage World War II Jeep that was restored approximately 10 years ago. Original frame, chassis, driveline, transmission, transfer case, etc. Engine is period correct, but not original. I believe a new body was installed during the restoration. Vehicle runs and drives well, including the 4 wheel drive system. ”

“Selling a 1961 Willys Jeep FC 170 4×4. 327 Chevy rebuilt engine and 2 brl carb, 4 speed trans, w/overdrive. Cab was modified to tilt. New oversized tires w/new wheels. Rust proofed with bed spray inside and out. 3″ chop on cab. Have some windows. Lost interest Needs to be finished. Have many new parts to go with it. Runs and drives. Has clear title, reg. and plates.”

“1951 willys jeep runs, and drives good.4×4 works. Original go devil 4 cylinder. Pionts conversion to 12 volt. New plugs, cap, and rotor. New transfer case seals. New oil in differentials, and engine. Built by upland motors. The original jeep. I bolieve its a cj, not mb. Army surplus marketed to civilians. It also has upgraded sespenesion , shocks,traction all terrain tires and a small lift.Ready for hunting. It has a top, but very old. firm on $5000. Or trade for newer jeep wranger of equal value.”

“I have for sale a 1947 project Jeep. The engine is not seized up. I was able to get it started. Fuel tank is removed but included and it needs a battery. I was going to make this jeep into a ranch wagon but due to my health I cannot do the work.
There is NO title but will provide a bill of sale.”

UPDATE: Price dropped to $2300

Was a non-running MB in Reno, so someone was able to add value and get this jeep running. Thanks to Jay for pointing this out. Listed as a 1947 CJ-2A, this looks more like a modified MB/GPW.

“I have a 1947 Jeep Willys CJ2A for sale. It has a 283 V8 Chevy motor with edelbrock carb, stock 3 speed tranny and dana 18 transfer case. The dash is custom with stewart warner gauges. The clutch has been converted to hydraulic and steering wheel with tilt. Great running motor. The jeep is in running condition it is a little ruff around the edges but is a good jeep to run around town or drive around in the woods. New battery and air filter. It has a roll bar but is not currently installed. Asking $2300 or best offer”
