Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1957 Willys Jeep CJ3B Civilian Jeep.
Full frame off restoration 7 years ago and there is still zero rust in any of the body panels. The floorboards are 100% solid and intact. Very rare to find in this kind of condition! Only 340 miles since all work was completed. Must more invested than asking price!
72HP original 4 cylinder engine
All gears work and all driveline components have been rebuilt.
New military implement tires on original wheels.
Have rear seat, auxiliary fuel tank, trailer hitch and many spare parts.
Great for military vehicle collection, parade use or just for fun! Unique find in this condition. No expense was spared to ensure originality and completeness. You will not find this type vehicle in as nice of condition anywhere!

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1200.
Seller has lots of parts.
“Started a restoration project, at the time when I bought this from Tri State Motors in Cedar City they had another one so I bought both. After many years and thousands of dollars, I don’t have the space and time to do a restoration.
This would make a great restoration project, buyer will be receiving almost 2 of everything (spare parts, doors, hood) .
I do have a 350 Chev high performance motor (it is not the original motor) and it is not on the wagon. Selling it seperately.
I am asking $1200 for the Jeep (that includes all of the spare parts from the extra one I had)

I also have a 12,000 pound winch with 5/16 cable for $100”

“I have a brand new Kayline soft top and doors for what I believe is a cj2a willys. The top is tan and is in mint condition. Also have some of the hardware that goes with it that is also brand new”

(02/11/2015) Needs a little work.
“I am selling my 1947 Willys Jeep CJ2A. The jeep can sit for months and fire right up. Clear title. Several items have been replaced. Clutch, battery, fuel cell. The master cylinder does leak and will need replacing. The jeep is pretty solid for a 68 year old vehicle, does have some rust on the Hat Channel under the tub. ”
