Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This photo was taken at an auto museum (Harrah’s?) in 1991. I haven’t seen this jeep at any of the California museums I’ve visited. Anyone know what happened to it?

/The seller overlooked at least one critical detail during the restoration of this June 20 1941 MB … There were no June 1941 MBs! If the serial number of 116520 is accurate, this would be a late January or Early February 1942 MB.

I just don’t use it as much as I would like and hate to see it sit. It was used mostly in parades including this years Veterans Day parade. I can send more pictures upon request.”
