Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. This CJ-3A has a CJ-7 hardtop reshaped to fit a CJ-3A. It looks well done. The doors are well don’t, too. Thanks to Gary for spotting it.

“I have 4 Willys Jeeps. ’49, ’60, ’65, & ’69. I have titles to all except the ’69. The ’49 alone is worth the price of entire lot. I want $6,000 for ALL. I will NOT separate at this time! I may sell the ’49 by itself but prefer to sell the whole lot. Please don’t text me asking me for a book of information back and forth. It’s much easier to CALL! I can also help with transport AFTER the deal has been made. I am willing to trade the entire lot up or down for a TJ or JK Jeep. May be interested in other trades but Jeep preferred. I thought I would have time for a few projects but that has changed so I’m selling them all. It would honestly be easier to come in person and check them all out. Missing parts here, extra parts there, etc. PLEASE no calls or texts after 11pm.”
