Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1952 Willys CJ-3A. Restored 2006-2007 with less than 500 miles since restoration. Capstan Winch, Harrison Heater, Warn manual overdrive, Full Beachwood Canvas top and canvas doors/side windows. Always garaged. 6 volt system. Some paint aging. Runs good.”

Doesn’t run at the moment, but could be a great price. It includes an overdrive.
“1949 Willys CJ3a with an early 60’s Buick oddfire V-6 conversion. Recently rebuilt T-90 transmission with warn overdrive and model 18 transfer case. Last year the master cylinder developed a leak and it has been sitting since. Ran fine but battery is completely dead. Do not have the time to get it driveable again.”
Not sure there is much value here.

“Selling my 1949 Willeys!! It’s beautiful and a absolute head turner. I get compliments and have had many discussions with people admiring it. It has a 215ci Buick aluminum block v6 and turbo 350 auto 4 speed tranny still equipped with the 2 speed gearing And original warn transfer case. It runs great and drives like a jeep if you know what I’m talking about…lol, has power steering covertion and 2 fuel tanks, soft top, Rancho suspension and 33″tires. Anyone into old jeeps or vehicles will definatly appreciate it!.”

I wonder what dually adapter is used.
“We have for sale is a RUST FREE JEEP 1950 CJ3A that has been all redone, the Jeep has a 12 Volt system, rebuild 4 cly engine, trans and t case. also we replace the rear end with a Dana 44 and Detroit locker, the front end is a Dana 27 with a Detroit locker. Also we build a Duel rear wheel set up that can be removed it wanted.
