Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1951 Willy’s jeep wanting to sell Will need to be towed the engine is damn near complete only missing a few external pieces like belt starter and alternator will need new spark plugs and wires ran last I knew engine is not installed”

“1950 cj3a flat fender jeep project.
Complete, disasembled for rebuild. Frame is sandblasted and painted. tailgate, windshield, front fenders and grill have been straightened epoxy primed and filler primed. Body is sandblasted ready for repair and straighten. 3 transmissions, 3 transfer cases. Flathead 4cyl ran but had a blown head gasket. Has a rebuilt warn overdrive. It is apart and needs finished, it’s a great project. Clean oregon title. Health issues causing sale.”

“NO TITLE PROJECT!! I got was I was told is a 1952 CJ. Was setup for barrel racing until the previous owners started making modifications to make it a straight track drag jeep. I got it thinking I’d have the time to get to it but I don’t. I have the transmission for it, axles are there, only have the front tires now.( no rear tires ) cage I’d there but not mounted. Missing the steering rod. Other than that I don’t know much on it. NO TITLE!! Mainly interested in trades for a quad or dirtbike.”

“53′ jeep willys parts. 2x roll cages, hoods, doors, fenders, grills, tub, axles, frame, straight 6 engine, 2 different manual transmissions, plus a lot of small parts. Condition of parts varies from very good to very poor. Let me know what you’re looking for and we’ll talk price.”
This may have been a neat rig back in the day. It’s got no engine, but does have an OD.

“This is definitely a project takeover Jeep that runs just needs a starter. Has a 6 volt system battery would need to be charged again as it’s been sitting for a while. The project was too much lot of sheet metal welding was done still a good amount needs to be done before the front for the most part it’s complete. The seats are newly reupholstered. Windshield is cracked. It’s an old Jeep Willy army vehicle. Come check it out if you’re interested and we will set up a time. Registration fees are due on it as seen in picture. Mileage is unknown currently but I just put 50,000 on it I’m sure it has about that in its lifetime from 1949”
