Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have 3 jeeps for sale, all are pretty complete, the green one rolls over and will run, the other ones are locked up, green one is restorable, other 2 are a little rough and are probably best for parts, all have the flat 4 motor. just have too many projects and not enough time, asking $2250 for all, dont realy want to mess with parting out, may separate the jeeps and sell individually, Have titles for the 47 and 48, not sure of year on multicolor one, also may consider a trade.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800.
It need some work, but looks solid. It may have a replacement body, but I can’t tell for sure.
“Willys jeep in decent condition, new aftermarket tub, 225 Odd-fire, tilt steering column. Seats need upholstering. All Complete and primered just needs some minor assembly. Needs some work but will be a nice jeep for someone with a little time and know – how. Also has 2 extra fuel tanks…one stock and the other an aluminum fuel cell.”

This includes a Warn/Saturn overdrive. It’s a project.
“I have a 1951 willies jeep it is the shortest jeep made. It has a Chevy 350 engine in it that was rebuilt not sure on the exact mileage but the miles are low It has a spool in the rear end The body is in fair shape given its age The previous own wanted to get rid of tail gate to give it a smoother look a used a lot of bondo so the bondo is chipping off It had the original trany and t- case behind the 350 motor and ended up cracking the housing So I found a 4 speed trany and a t- case for a Chevy 350 to put in it Just need to put it in have some drivelines made and give it a tune up and it will run I’m asking 3000 obo. This is a great project and dont think it will last long Also have half doors”
