This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (09/16/2009) “1952 willys jeep in execelnt condition custom wheels, 18800 miles, is a jewel, runs great, no rust, and Original color (banana yellow), the motor is a 1960’s overhead valve came originaly with a flathead. this is the only thing not original.”

That looks like a bobcat body.
“Hi there , I’m selling my Fiberglass bodied Willys project Jeep. Basically this is a good start for a build up or switch the Body over to one that has rust issues or damage ? No Engine/Trans/Transcase/Windshield frame/etc. Rig comes with Fiberglass Tub,Diamond plate corners, Hood, Fenders,Chrome Grill,Stock frame,Axles,Springs w/small lift,Tires & Wheels and some misc. odds and ends. No title , but I will be glad to give you a bill of sale/release of interest.”
This burned out jeep will require some close inspection.

This is a nice build. I bet this has a Dana 30 or some other updated front end; The wheels appear to stick farther out than normal.
“Can be used as a daily driver and a FUN ride. This Willys is a V8 with an automatic trans, 6 point roll cage, full soft top with doors. New springs, lifted, new shocks. Rebuilt transmission, transfer case and rear end. Price includes bikini top and more.”

“1950 Willys CJ-3A civilian jeep 4×4. We used for hunting and lake vehicle. Original 4 cylinder engine – rebuilt in 1998 – yearly driven miles = 2-15. Starts right up – definately under-used. my uncle put in a heater, bought the canvas top/doors etc.. supposedly did axle work, clutch , driveshaft replacements and misc other stuff when he rebuilt engine and put on new carb. 12 Volt system now. Rust in several areas – but been here in Dry New Mexico for quite a while. Headlights not working ( switch?) but tail lights are fine – no turn signals.
Extra parts included – whatever i can find anyway.”
This looks like a fair price.
