This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (04/13/2009) This reminds me of the very first jeep my parents purchased for me when I graduated high school, except it’s in nicer condition (not that the condition of this looks all that nice). The color and the cage was similar.

1. **SOLD** Price is $1800. Old Willys jeep with steel shell, engine rebuilt, new tires, carburetor, one of Dad’s many unfinished projects, worth the time to look,”

“Old style jeep, minus windshield, engine complete rebuild, new carb, new tires, shocks, nice red paint. Dad is gone and this is one of his many unfinished projects.”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $575
There doesn’t look like a lot of value here.
“I have a 1952 Willys Jeep CJ3A for sale for parts or project. There is no windshield glass or seats in the vehicle. Vehicle has several places on the body where rust has taken over. All the running gear is in place and all four original wheels are there. First $575 takes the vehicle and it does come with a title.”
The dash has been changed. I can’t tell if it is a replacement body or a replaced dash.
