This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. I think this has Kelly doors mixed with Metro/Pentagon hardtop.

Given the Meyer hardtop and the completeness of the rig, there could be some value here if the engine spins.

John spotted this CJ-5 that went through a restoration. I imagine stock rims and tires would really help complete this one. Note the tailgate lacks the Willys script.

This early CJ-5 has the rare 0-10 King Seeley speedometer and also has a PTO and winch.

“Real barn find! A neighbor just passed away and had this Jeep stashed deep in his garage for many years. It’s always been parked in a garage and has been protected from the weather. He had done a lot of work to it and replaced many parts before he got sick. No rust or rot on the frame or body. This would be a great project to bring back to life. The motor turns over easily but we haven’t tried to make it run. We just pulled it out to sell. I have the windshield frame and some other random parts that go with it. It also has some seats but they look to be from a newer Jeep. Let me know if you want to come see it. I can deliver for a price if needed. Make an offer. May be willing to trade.”
According to the seller, this has a Tux Park II package. It seems rare for a seller to be able to identify that option on their vehicle.
