Given the hood bump, there’s probably and updated engine in this.

“Willys CJ-2A Vintage 4WD Rebuilt in 2003, stored inside Floor shift Good spare tire Canvas seat covers 6 volt electrical system”
The more complete jeep has a gear shift that appears to the driver’s side of the transmission gear shift. That could be a crankshaft PTO engagement shifter. The hardtop looks similar to a Porter and Reed, but the front of the roof doesn’t slope down at the correct angle. I’m not sure what top it is.

(12/07/2020) Given the grille, this is likely a 1947 or later. It’s a project that hasn’t been run since Kennedy was president.

“1946 Willys Jeep project. Very original and complete. Last plated and ran in 1963. Body and frame in really good condition overall, rust in hat channels and toolbox, floors are good, has a repair on the passenger rear where tire carrier usually messes them up, has all 5 original tires and wheels, has the original soft top frame bows and most of the hardware , have the remains of the cloth topt with door frames and metal window ports , i have never seen these before, has all data tags and vin plate, the is no original title. I do have a title from a jeep i scrapped, but it doesn’t match this Jeeps vin tag. Looks like water got in the tranny and it is stuck, engine doesn’t turn either but coud be because of the transmission . Carburetor is missing they gave me one but it doesn’t fit. Great start to a complete restoration”
This lacks a title, but doesn’t lack potential.

“My CJ2A project, currently has no title, but I was in the process and will provide a bill of sale. Very good condition with not a lot of bad rot spots for its age. Ran not too long ago before I drained the fuel. Shifted and ran well, but it’s main issue is no brakes. The cylinders were bad and the lines may need replaced. Time for it is just one of those things I don’t have anymore sadly.”
Maybe some value here.
