Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. 1947 Willys CJ2A Agri-Farm Jeep- with PTO, Governor, 3 Point Lift, Ramsey PTO winch (Not yet functional- Have drive shaft. but needs twin stick pto box for jeep)
Runs Good, Drives Stops
Tub has repairs dents and dings from use. Used not abused. Frame is solid.
Good oil pressure. Honest jeep
1947 Bantam Jeep trailer that started life with this Jeep. Good paint. Has some dents but good shape
Newgren Jeep Plow 3pt. Good tag and paint
PTO Belt pulley attaches to pto for driving belt equipment
Extra parts including radiator, an smaller jeep related parts’

“i have a 1946 willys jeep cj2a looking to sell asap it runs but needs a carb rebuild and proable a radiator. Drivelive and frame in great shape for age body needs some tlc and patch work. also have a half hardtop with doors for it.”

“This jeep complete with a power takeoff unit including drive shaft. This unit also has an aluminum top compete with doors and windows.
Engine: disassembled cleaned freshened up, valve job, flywheel milled, new gaskets, clutch,pressure plate, bearing, engine painted, complete tune up, rebuilt carburetor, converted to 12 volt.
Exhaust system: all new
Brakes: New master cylinder, wheel cylinders, steel lines and flex lines.
Body: Repaired floor pans, painted complete car, four new tires, rehab. wheel

It’s suppose to be a mix of parts. No title.
“It been added to from other jeeps. Runs and drives. I think the moter is out of a 48. Also have a top and doors soft. I Know who used to own it. It’s never had a title. I have bill of sales. We can write one up if you want it. It’s been a farm truck all its life.”
The 1948 looks solid, but the drain holes appear filled. The 1946 needs some work (no parking lights for example), so to call it “perfect running and driving condition” seems a stretch.
