This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Eric spotted this CJ-5 with a crazy paint job. I’m not certain this has as title. It runs, but has a fuel leak.
“I would like to start with saying that I am not all that familiar with the jeep so I can not give a ton of details, but will give as much as I can (it was taken as part of a law suit, and I can not guarantee accuracy). In general the jeep appears to be in great shape with no apparent rust or dents. We were told the body was replaced a little ways back (I can not confirm it, but from the condition it seems way too good to be original). The paint is in very good shape, but may not appeal to all (with the exception of a troop of clowns). The car runs, but it does have a fuel leak (seems to be a fairly simple fix). I have not driven it since there are no plates or registration (as well as the fuel leak), so I can not comment on the ride. It appears to be the original Buick V6 engine with headers added. There is a plow set up installed, but we do not have the blade. We were unable to locate the VIN, but we believe it is a 65 (can not guarantee the year). Car is being sold as is. Firm at $3500. (no trades or paypal)”

All new tub, fenders, paint, transmission, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, seat, rhino lined inside and underneath, new springs, shocks, brakes, gas tank, fuel lines, gas cap, sending unit, master cylinder, fuel pump, plugs, wires, carb, hoses, battery, wiring, steering wheel, gauges, lights, wheel bearings, hubs, tie rod ends, axle seals, mirrors, windshield, gaskets, turn signals, alternator (converted from generator) and much more…… 95% fully restored, just needs your finishing touches. Owner is downsizing and will not have room for this beauty anymore. Asking 14,000 or best offer (which pretty much means lets deal)”
The title lists this at $3. I assume it is $3000. The hardtop looks good.

“For Sale: 1946 Jeep Willys CJ2A on a CJ5 frame? Also comes with Dana axles and 225 V6 Buick engine. This is a very neat looking beast that could be loads of fun as well as a real eye catcher. I purchased this as a project to upgrade with my son, but find myself with too much else going on. This is drive ready and most everything works, but it is clearly not a highway vehicle.
