Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Mike shared this pic off of Facebook. It looks to be a GPW. The message indicates this is #93389, but there were 277,000 built? Can some interpret this one for me please?

I didn’t know Bestop made backseats. Not much useful info on what types they made.

Adak Island is part of the Adreanof Islands, roughly 1300 miles southwest of Fairbanks.

The caption refers to the vehicle as a ‘Jeep’ car.
