Here’s a mailer directed at farmers. Though the mailer shows CJ-2As and CJ-3As in the pictures, they don’t appear on the list of ‘Jeep’ family vehicles. And the CJ-3B isn’t shown anywhere.

Ten Million Page Views!
Yep, I’ve pulled out some confetti to celebrate the ten millionth page view, which occurred at approximately 11:50PM September 14th PST. To give a little context, every time a web page on eWillys is viewed, my webhost software records it. The count began January of 2008. It has taken over 4 1/2 years to reach ten million, with most of that coming in the last two years. I’ve been watching the numbers closely over the last few months, waiting for the final day to arrive.
Ok, that’s enough celebrating. The next milestone should be hit sometime around Halloween when I put up the 20,000th post.
1953 Jeeprod Truck Ringgold, GA **SOLD**
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $5800.
It’s got a Willys Truck cab.
“This truck is a everyday driver if you want it to be.it is a lot of fun and a blast to drive.i traded my harley for this a couple weeks ago and now need to sell it to buy my 17 year old daughter a first car.i may trade this for a good clean, lower milage(less than 150k) car or small sub.it needs to be 2000-up and a automatic.may also trade for another classic car or hot rod,rat rod but must be pre 1972.i like all brands, models and years so send me some pics via tex.now lets talk about the truck. It is a 1953 willys pick-up cab,1941 international rear fenders,1959 volkswagon bug front fenders and all on a injected s-10 frame and drivetrain.i was going to put a small block and turbo 350 in it.we all know that they make small block mounts designed for the s-10 frame.the truck has led brake lights, power brakes,a very kool interior and much more.please understand that this is a rat rod and although it is put together very well it does squeak or rattle a little but its better than a lot I’ve seen.i have a piece of lexan to replace the red one in the back glass.nice wheels and tires are brand new with 50 miles on them.the chopped top looks kool and the body drop is right on time.”

1952 Baier Lighter **SOLD**
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $51.
Here’s a pretty good price on a Baier Lighter.
“This is a Vintage aluminum Jeep Willy cigarette lighter incised Baier on the front and Ges Gesch beneath and manufactured in Germany. In heavy cast aluminum, this unique WWII lighter measure 2 3/4″ long, 1 1/2″ high and 1 5/8″ wide. The lighter is in good condition with 4 rubber tread tires that spin and the rubber is appears unused. There are very small/short, shallow cracks radiating from the hubs on the front tires and on the spare.
The aluminum is a heavy guage and is in good condition for its age with some scratching, a few knicks and minimal tarnishing. The lighter does need some cleaning however I’ve left it untouched. The bottom panel slides out to reveal a clean compartment holding cotton material and allowing acces to the wick and filling with fluid.
In the actual lighter cavity on top of the lighter you will find a relatively clean compartment. The flip lid on this compartment operates easily. I have not tested the lighter and cannot speak to its usability.
This lighter was owned by only one gentleman, a WWII vet who acquired it while stationed in Germany.
These lighters were manufactured during WWII. The lighter is a 1948 design by Walter Baier who also patented. These lighters were meant as souvenirs for soldiers stationed primarily in Germany. It was designed to commemorate the Berlin airlift/blockade.”
Photo of Unusually Tall Hard Top on eBay
