“This is a full frame-off restored 1942 Ford GPW Jeep in perfect running condition. A true piece of American Military History.

This is a Nevada Jeep (clear Nevada title) featuring absolutely no rust or rot anywhere (body, frame, tub, sub frames).

No expense was spared in its restoration or in its regular maintenance.

On a scale from one to ten with ‘ten’ being a brand new 1942 WW2 Jeep of the assembly line, this Jeep is a solid ‘8.9’.

This GPW is a 6 volt system with the correct engine and transmission for a 1942.

Other features are:
Original Rebuilt Engine & Trans.
Original Combat Rims (all 5)
New Canvas seats (front & back).
Original Side-door Canvas Covers.
Original Gun Rack
New windshield glass.
New Radiator
New Fuel Pump
New 6 volt Starter
New NDT Tires (all 5).
New Wiring Harness throughout.
Recently rebuilt Original Carburetor.

History:
This Jeep was used in the Vietnam War – the Serial number (20378394) is the original US Army number (101 AB Division).
This Jeep was brought back from the Vietnam war by a Four Stars Army General who currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego county.
The Jeep was his personal transportation during the war. The name of the General will not be released due to privacy reasons.
The General completely restored it and kept it maintained.
