Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Recent NEW work / Parts:
Gas tank, carbarator, fuel pump, water pump & hoses.
Battery & Front brakes.
Known issues:
Grease seals leak at differencial, transfer case, transmission.
Freeze plug leaking at back of block.
Syncronizer on 2nd gear worn, sometimes slips out of 2nd gear when down shifting at slow speeds
no brake lights or tail lights“
