This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Rare Jeep Willy’s Truck! Runs and drives, Straight 6 engine, just had brake wheel cylinders and master cylinder replaced. Frame is in good condition. 3-speed manual with hi-lo drive. Factory mounted plow control to raise/lower plow. Plow is manual angle that I had custom mounted last winter. I do have a second parts Jeep with motor taken out, that one in much rougher shape. ”

“Selling my 1956 Willys Pickup. Powered by 231 Buick V6, 3 speed with Borg Warner overdrive. Runs well. Has new aluminum radiator, water pump, t-stat, Willys America brakes parts (hoses, shoes, cylinders) new brake lines, dual master from Herm the overdrive guy. Superior Clutch relined clutch and rebuilt the pressure plate, new t/o bearing, new u-joints. New front 8 leaf springs by Crown Products. I opted from softer front springs instead of the 10 leaf. I also removed 3 leaves from the rear springs. New bushings in the springs. Larger tires for better cruising. New speedo of which I’ve driven 400 miles since installing. I’ve owned this truck for 7 years and time for me to pass it on to a new owner. Does it need work? Of course. Restore or just drive it as is, it has great patina. It’s made several trips to Willys America. I’ve got a few spares to go with it including a nice stock recovered bench seat to go with it. $4600 and drive it home with your name on the pink slip.”

Bill alerted me to the upcoming auction July 13th.
“Eastside towing in Bellevue Washington has two willys pickups on their abandon car auction july 13 2016 one is complete appears to be a runner with a pto winch. The other is a shell. Eastside towing: 425 747 3191”

Looks in good shape.
“I have a 1962 Willy Pickup Truck that belonged to my father. It has a 318 corvette engine that has about 500 miles on it. There is some rust on the drivers side door. This Willy is a 4 x 4, with three speeds, and is in great condition. It does need new tires. Must see to appreciate.”
Seems to fit the Blazer Chassis pretty well.
