Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1956 Willys pickup with canapy 4×4 with 1964? 327 runs and drives but needs some tlc. Body is in good condition but has some cancer. If you are an off roading nut this it the rig for you. Very fun to drive.”

This has got some good and some strange aspects.

“’55 Willys truck 4×4 complete. Have taken it totaly apart and was getting ready to restore. Frame has been cleaned and primered. Several new suspension parts purchased. Shackels, bushings, u-bolts. L6-226 engine, stock 4 speed trans, complete suspension”
