Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. The engine turns over. The body doesn’t look too bad.

“1959 Willys 4×4 Utility Wagon. Complete rebuilt Ford 302, Warren overdrive, and stock running gears for all the power you’ll need to go anywhere. Front disc brakes, new rear drums, new springs, 15″ wheels and tires + set of 4 17″ wheels. Original headliner, stock seats, oak slats, new rear tailgate hinge welded in brass, many extras. Excellent condition $12,000.”

It looks real nice, but is pricey.

Needs motor, but looks pretty good for a parts wagon.
