“High and Low 3 speed-302 Motor-33 inch Rugul M/T w/Chrome Wheels-Dual Exhaust”
This has Allsltate or Husky hubs. Look like it went through an older refurb at some point.

UPDATE: Price dropped to $235.
(07/31/2020) Top looks custom. Not sure how much value is here. The windshield looks nicely fabricated, in terms of strength, from afar.

This late 1956 ad introduced the FC-150 its Longview, Washington, audience.
Cool photo and a nice shot showing Scenic Tours on the back. I imagine this the Ouray area?

“This is an original press photo. Colorado’s high mountain country is custom made for the rugged individualist who likes to get off the beaten path into areas where man is seldom seen. Many communities rent jeeps, and some schedule jeep cavalcades that take you into areas of breathtaking beauty that have been hidden from the eyes of man since the beginning of time.Photo measures 8 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 12-30-1966.”
Looks solid.

“Hard to believe, I know but this 78 year old WWII style Jeep has no rust either on the body or the frame. Why not?
Because it spent most of its life in Nevada. If you are looking for that near-perfect Army (Navy/Marine Grey) Jeep, this is a No Brainer.
New components include; battery, air cleaner small (original goes too), electronic ignition with Dead Man antitheft switch, four 6 x !6 army tread tires, lights and electrical wiring harness, pintle hitch, fan belt, carburetor, driver side mirror, black upholstered seats, including removable rear seat, Army OD drivers seat (never used), fuel tank & cap, original design heater (in box), towing bar with light kit (in box). New overhauls on 4-cyl. go-devil engine, new transmission/transfer case (old pair go with jeep). So why am I selling it? I am too old (76) and too fat to get in and out of it easily. That’s all I can remember writing this.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** for $6000.
(08/04/2018) It’s missing a few minor things, but over all is in pretty good shape. Has an odd set of hubcaps. As usual, it lacks the soft top. I’m beginning to wonder if people hated the soft top (the visibility would have been worse than a standard soft top), so they simply got rid of the soft tops. It’s listed as a 1957, but the serial number puts it as an early 1956.
“THIS IS A 1957 WILLYS DJ-3A. IT IS PART OF A LARGE COLLECTION OF EARLY WILLYS JEEPS THAT WERE ALL STORED AWAY OVER 33 YEARS AGO.
THIS JEEP IS ALL ORIGINAL WITH EXCEPTION OF THE SEATS. IT HAS A SOLID BODY, 4 CYLINDER 134 CI MOTOR, 3 SPEED TRANS WITH COLUMN SHIFT, AND 2WD.
THIS JEEP HAS BEEN UNUSED FOR MANY YEARS NOW. I PURCHASED IT MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF THE BODY, VERY STRAIGHT WITH NO RUST. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR IN ANY RESTORATION. THIS JEEP RUNS GREAT, HOWEVER MAY NEED A NEW FUEL PUMP. 56337 10252”
