This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1946 Willys CJ2. Good condition. New battery, new brake system new wiring. Converted to 12 volt system. 4×4 works good. Extra set of wheels and tires. Comes with complete top and doors. I have a clear title.”
There may be value here given the Koenig Hardtop and the Warn Overdrive. Does need work.

“Mostly original – 4cyl hurricane engine, 3 spd transmission, front lock/unlock hubs, 6V. Vintage hard top with glass in-tact. Matching spare wheel. Engine bay reasonably clean, engine and drive train needs solid cleaning. Gauges mostly not working, 6 volt, wiring has had a few things added but it is mostly original. Floor boards rough. Tires hold air but are not road-worthy. 26xxx on the ODO but it isn’t working. Needs fuel line cleaning and new gas tank (or have it refurbed). Originally forest green. Bring a trailer or get ready to tow it (2” tow kit installed and goes with vehicle).

Runs, but needs engine rebuild at the very least. Has rust.
“Runs but is rusty… could use a rebuild it burns oil and smokes. Brakes work. Converted to 12v comes with spare rear end out of a cj2a rusty frame of 2a but still has leaf springs on it. Spare inner axle for front driver side and some other miscellaneous parts”
