“I have 3 Willys MB Combat Wheels in over all good shape, just needs to be cleaned up.
One has a small crack starting”
UPDATE: **Status Unknown** Was $4000.
(02/08/2020) It’s a project. The serial number indicates it is a 1959.
“This is a project truck, needs a full restoration has all parts engine and transmission (doesn’t run). Needs all glass and mirrors but has the mechanisms for all. Body is in great condition no dents and bumpers are still solid, has obvious rust in the usual places but nothing thru and thru. Its a flatbed possibly used for forestry. The railing metals are there but needs wood replaced at flat bed and rails. Someone attached the camper to it but its not designed for it. This truck belongs to my wifes uncle so I don’t know much about it. But I did look it up and they sell for about $4000 in this condition
Now here is the thing about this truck, its located in a small town called Taylorsville right outside of Greenville. I took many pictures of it and if you are truly interested I can tow in myself down to where I live in Stockton. This is NOT a SCAM. I will not ask you for any kind of payment until we are in person and you’ve seen it with your own eyes. I’m just kind of putting this out there to see if anyone is interested if so then I can tow it down at my expense. I really just don’t have the space to have it here (I live in an apartment)”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500.
(02/26/2020) Could be some value here.
“We have two 194? Jeep Willys. Want to sale both together. $1500 Obo.”
Very early this morning we headed to Minnesota to pick up a new puppy. We won’t be stopping or sightseeing, as we can’t linger away from Ann’s mom for too long. I’ll have time to do updates, but my email/comment response time will lag.
This adventure was recorded in the April 30, 1955, issue of the Saturday Evening Post.
I think it is interesting that there’s rope wrapped around the front bumper on this vintage ad. I guess that was a ‘thing’ at the time.

“The original 8×11″ magazine ad in very good condition. NOT a reprint.”

Runs, but needs work.
“Selling my 1942 GPW. This is a script model GPW. It starts runs and drives but needs to be gone through. The electrical is still the 6 volt system and it is operational. The rear inner fenders were cut to move seats back and fuel tank was relocated to rear. The engine is a willys engine and the frame stamping shows as
GPW 239 II☆
The vin is also a low number 19_ _ _
I purchase about 15 years ago from my brother in laws father and never restored it. The engine was rebuilt in 1999 and runs smoothly
I believe one of the clutch or flywheel bolts have backed out. Clutch down no noise clutch up makes a rotational clunking sound
It spent most of its life in Twain Harte so we know its history back to the 60s. Have some extra parts
Shown by appointment only”
