These quick searches can help you find things on eBay. People list in the wrong categories all the time, so don't be surprised to see brochures in the parts area for example. This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “(Listing for my dad) 1946 Willys Jeep with 61739 miles. Most of the miles are towing miles, was towed behind a truck a lot with the first owner. Has been sitting in shop since 1991. Will turn over, not froze up. Has lots of extra parts included. Hardtop, soft top, removable soft doors, power locker hubs. Title in hand, 2nd owner. Rebuild kit is $890. UPDATE: This might be an early Meyers-marketed hardtop (pre Sears/Allstate). One clue is the rear hatch’s vertical supports on either side of the window.

The data plate indicates this is a 1948 CJ-2A, but it is listed as both a ’54 jeep’ and a ‘1956 Jeep Willy’s’.
