I wonder if it ran when parked? This poor thing. I’m not sure if there’s anything salvageable.

Runs well and is all there for what ever custom touches you want to finish yourself. This is a rock crawler not a highway queen so don’t expect it to drive like one. Radiator has a pinhole leak but besides that every thing is good to go.

A reader named Chuck mentioned on Facebook that an ice cream shop called On any Sundae in Salem, Oregon, uses an FJ for its outdoor marketing and sales. There’s no website for the business, only some Facebook pages. Here are some pics:
The 2019 Toledo Jeep Fest will be a three-day event this year, August 9th – August 11th. You can see a schedule of events here: https://toledojeepfest.com/plan-your-weekend/schedule-of-events/. We can’t make it this year, but maybe we can get to the next one.

Mike spotted this collection of jeeps for sale.
https://willysforsale.com/ads/willys-jeep-collection
“I have acquired a collection of 10 Willys Jeeps from my WWII Veteran friend that passed away. Most of the Willys Jeeps would be great parts Jeeps or even good candidates for full restorations. The collection can be sold as a package for a discount or the vehicles can be sold separately.
I have two 1943 Willys MB’s. The first was a army parade vehicle. Excellent condition. The second MB has had the T-84 transmission overhauled along with a new clutch and the general restoration is half done.
The other models available are a 1947 CJ-2A, 1948 CJ-2A, 1950 CJ-3A, 1963 CJ-3B along with several others.”
