This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “THIS RARE ALLTOY WILLY’S JEEP IS 10.5″ LONG AND 5″ WIDE AND 6″ TALL TO THE TOP OF THE WINDSHIELD. IT HAS SOLID RUBBER TIRES AND IS IN OVERALL VERY GOOD CONDITION. THERE IS ONE MISSING BRASS HINGE PIN/RIVET ON THE PASSANGER SIDE OF THE HOOD BUT IS OTHERWISE COMPLETE.”

“I am selling my 1962 Willys. It has been torn down to the frame and rebuilt 4 years ago. On 33″ tsl bloggers with lots of tread left. It runs and drives good. Has a little bit of smoke but I believe The air/ fuel mixture just needs to be adjusted. Lots of new parts and everything works.”

“Nearly all original. Running gear and body in good condition, no rust or rot. Koenig hard top, custom paint,
diamond plate corners. This Jeep has been used as a hunting rig for the last 57 years? at our cabin in Eastern Oregon. Stored inside and never abused. Has had regular maintenance, oil and coolant changes, tune ups, etc.
This is a good solid little Jeep that we just don’t use any more. License is current and we have title.”

“For Sale: 1949 Jeepster, V6 engine automatic (engine bad). Mustang II front suspension, S-10 rear. Good top, a little rust on front floor board. $4,000.”
Seller listed this as a 1947 CJ-3A, yet has either an M-38 body or a reproduction body. Either way, it’s a project.

“All original, no rust, 38 thousand original miles. Body is straight. All the upholstery is original. Just removed from barn, where it was stored since 1973. Had gas tank cleaned and sealed. F- head 4 cylinder motor. New Carb, water pump, fuel pump, Distributer, hoses, belts, plugs, wires, Radiator. New Brakes and wheel cylinders. New tires. Has original Camper that was on the truck for most of it’s life. Bed is perfect. Runs and drives. Clean Title.”

“CJ3A Jeep body, with 1971 VW Beetle running gear. Has rebuilt stock 1600 DP motor with approximately 1600 miles on it. Has new PIC 34.4 carb and manifold, new distributor and alternator, with EMPI sand seal pulley. New 2500 lb winch, new wiring, gauges, headlights, LED taillights, LED backup lights. Bikini top, new battery, new 2020 tags plus off-road ATV tag. New Continental 90K tires. Factory towbar with built-in tow lighting. Would make a great tow behind or for exploring Sand Lake. Clean title in hand. Over $6500 invested – reason for sale: health.”
