“Titled as a 1946 Willy’s. It sits on a cj frame, has a 1975 k20 driveline with a Ford 9″ outback. Locking front hubs. Brand new edelbrock carb, runs and rides good. 83 1/2″ wheelbase and very very light. Do have the window frame just no glass. This thing flys. New 33’s on pretty new rims. May trade for small block Chevy, built go kart, or older muscle car”

“47 Cj 2a jeep willys. Runs and drives and stops but has cracked block. Attempted to repair then bought second jeep for new block but have yet to pull and rebuild. The story is that the engine in the red jeep is rebuilt. I can not stand behind that. It runs great I was going to take the two and make one. frame is solid! Been restored from the ground up many years ago. Text 9-89/38-8/17-12
Price is for both jeeps, this is a great deal. Looking to get some of my money back. New radiator, water pump, then I found the hair line crack. Still ran and drove great. Price is firm.”

This is the latest “floating jeep” training photo that’s I’ve seen. Anyone know how long troops floating jeeps as part of their training?

This is an original press photo. Troops of the pioneer and ammunition platoon of the 14th regimental combat team haul a floating jeep from the water in a demonstration of “flotation expedients” for civilian competent organizations training at Camp McCoy, Wisconsin.
