“HEARD IT RUNNING GREAT 2 WEEKS AGO. Then my mechanic moved out of state. NEEDS BRAKES AND SOMEONE TO RECONNECT THE REALLY SIMPLE ELECTRICAL. Other than that it is rust free and has BRAND NEW TIRES AND I HAVE A BUNCH OF NEW PARTS I HAD BOUGHT AND WERE NOT INSTALLED. (INCLUDES fuel pump brake parts etc)
SO far I found one of the headlight rings and buckets….the other is around here somewhere
Waiting on my disability check and as soon as I get it I will raise the price again to $4k.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $2500.
All kinds of updates on this one. It has a Bobcat hood.

(03/30/2108) It’s a project.
“Unfinished project 75% done.

***I cannot stress this enough 75% Done***
I would say if your not a fabricator this is probably not the project for you.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $250.
The holes along the front of this top suggest to me it is a 2A top rather than a 3A.
“I have what I believe to be a soft top and doors for a Jeep CJ3a. I’ve searched Google and it looks like the pics for a CJ3a. The top is made by Kayline and is in excellent condition. It shows some signs of wear but doesn’t look like it was used very much. It’s shiny black and the windows are clear with no yellowing. The doors look a little more used but are still in good shape with clear windows. Unfortunately, I don’t have any hardware. Call or text me if interested.”
No pics provided.

“Selling 1947 Jeep CJ2A. $2500 OBO not looking for any trades. Been sitting for several years. Currently not running. The would be a great project for restoration. There are several areas of rust.
Comes with hard top and front tow bar.
Has the 4 cylinder engine.
Will post photos soon.
Buyer would need to bring flat bed trailer to move.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6900.
(01/28/2018) The top doesn’t look like it would hold up well at faster speeds. The jeep has a variety of mods.
“Super fun to own and drive. Pretty much rebuilt when I bought it a couple years ago. Rebuilt six cylinder flat head Studebaker engine, stock running gear, tow bar for front, 2 sets of tires and wheels, manuals, prior owner receipts for work done, two 10 gallon gas tanks under the seats, four extra 5 gallon gas cans, hi-lift jack, Replica 50 caliber machine gun & mini gun, military tool box, ammo cans, replica radio transmitter with working lights in it, front halogen light and two spotlights, antennae base. I made a top for it out of canvas, you can leave it or take it off. Performs really good in sand & desert.Would make great parade vehicle. Open to offers.”
UPDATE: I was sold out, but now have a handful left.
Original is on the left, the reproduction on the right. The colors are closer than they appear, as the original has caught some extra light from the window on the left.
The jeep ran into the rear of a lumber truck, injuring a soldier and his girlfriend.

“1946- U.S. Soldiers Examine the Wreckage of a Willys Jeep on Santa Mesa Blvd. in Manila.Photo measures approx. 7″ x 9”
The asking price is a bit high, but this jeep just oozed nostalgia for me. It reminds me a lot of my parents’ CJ-5.
