This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “I have decided to part with my stock workhorse driver 3A. This is a great “drive-it-like-it-is” rig or a perfect candidate for a body tub kit.
It’s ugly but a very solid driver. Most of the work you usually have to do when you drag home an old Jeep has been done.
I routinely drive this Jeep on 150+ mile day trips without issues. It’s seen off-roading adventures at the NH Trail Ride and Rausch Creek, PA. Used but not abused.
The Saturn overdrive allows easy cruising speeds of 55 mph or better. I pulled the original 3A motor and replaced with fresher, stronger MB motor out of a genset. I will include the original motor with the sale if you want it. I will also include a fully functioning period correct Scheneker snowplow with Hy-Lo pump, a worn but functional vinyl BestTop and doors, and a bolt on roll bar.

“This is a classic!! The first year they made 4 wheel drive for the wagon. It has an overdrive and gets up to 55MPH. Great in sand and snow. It is all original with exception of rear and front directional lights. Needs nothing. Lots of fun. Bought a 1988 Grand Wagoneer so I am not using this one anymore.”

“Lucy is a beautifully restored 1961 Willy’s CJ6 – Complete body off. Motor, Trans, 4wd and pretty ,much everything has been rebuilt. Brakes have been updated to front discs with a dual reservoir master cylinder. All work was done by professional mechanics, body shop, etc. Completely rewire, new glass, brand new period tire. Rims are armor plated for chip resistance. 280 miles since restoration.”

It’s a project.
“I’m selling my 47 Willys project. I have no time to work on it. It’s complete. I figured this is a good time to list it because it’s been off the frame stripped and sealed. It ran fine when I stripped it, but it’s not currently running. I have all new wiring ready to go for it. I bought it from the original owner. The tub floorboards are the roughest. Everything else is solid.”
