This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “Here is a great running 1946 willys cj2a for sale. Steering has been gone through including Tie rod ends, steering linkage, rebuilt steering box and new tires all around. All fluids have been checked and filled including all grease areas, transmission, and axles. Has a rear jump seat with seat belts. New battery. This jeep has some dents but is ready for driving around town. I have many times with my kids in the back.”

“Hey there, a few months ago I picked up this 55 Willys in a trade. I threw a battery in and a set of new plugs and she runs when fed through the carb. Good bones, but extremely rusty. Comes with a plow. What you see is what you get. No paperwork. Interested in all trades as well.”

– No hood
– Driver seat frame rusted in two, but still salvageable
– Battery box rusted
– Most likely needs new radiator
– Drivers side rear leaf spring bolt broken”

(02/27/2018) This looks to have an M-201 windshield, except it shouldn’t have the bolt plate over the vent. Hmm.
