This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. (11/28/2017) Craig shared this one. The Koenig hardtop looks in fine shape. It has been converted to 4WD.
“Willys Jeep DJ-2a with unique hardtop with sliding doors. Converted to 4wd at some point in the past. 4 cylinder motor and 3 speed manual. This vehicle ran when parked but currently has wiring issues and will not start. Clean NC title in hand.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $6000.
Has an inline 6 engine. There’s a PTO shaft sticking through the rear of the transmission cover area.

Top is missing one glass slider for a window. Looks to be a Koenig top.
“Hard top for Willys Jeep 42-52. Windows slide and back hatch opens easily. Good glass in back hatch. Missing glass in 1 slider window.”

It’s a fairly rare top that appears in good condition.
“Full cab with removable doors. Aluminum in good condition for it’s age, not dented or trashed out. The door windows both cracked but are still complete.”

“This is a T90 transmission, Dana 18 transfer case and Saturn OD from a 1946 CJ2A.
They all shift and turn freely. The only evident issue is that some one beforehand had cut the tops of the original shifters and added these rods. Doesn’t affect the function, just looks dumb.”

“Very rare convertible with a power top, v6, 3spd. 4×4. vehicle is complete, engine turns over and has spark, floors need work, clear title.”

“Selling a 1960 CJ6. I really don’t want to part ways with this jeep but I don’t have the time to restore it. The jeep ran a year ago, I’ve tried it recently and it will turnover but not fire up. This has the original engine. This needs brake work probably all the way around. The front pans and back pan will need to be replaced along with the back pan needing one underneath support, I didn’t notice it until I got it home. The gentleman before installed a plastic gas tank he bought from Willys Kaiser and installed an electric fuel pump. There is a little body work that will be required, the windshield frame in my opinion needs to be replaced due to rust.”
