Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. There are four different vehicles. I believe they are being sold as a lot.
“I have several jeeps and many parts, I have running driving jeep CJ7 has rebuilt 258 straight 6, and 3 speed. tub is in very good condition, has new brakes all around, new ignition, new coil, distributor, alt, and fuel pump, this was a military surplus vehicle as is all of the jeeps I have. I have a 1946 CJ2a, 1967 CJ5 Army MP, and a M151A1 Mutt. I have some pictures and will get more as I can. I have 2 military trailers I think they are m416 but I will look for the plates.”

“For Sale 1946 Willys Jeep. Flathead 4 cyl., 3 speed standard shift, 4×4 with lockout hubs, high and low range, 6 volt system. Non-running but complete Jeep. Rough but restorable or great for parts. Have extra rear-end, trans., and a few other smaller parts. Good tires. Needs brake work. Have not attempted to start, but engine turns over. Good original title. ”

(12/29/2017) This appears to be a CJ-2A with some 3A parts. The jeep sits in Florida with a Maryland title.

Nick’s got this CJ-5 for sale that includes an unusual 3 Point Lift. Anyone seen one like this. It appears built for installation under the bed so the bed remains free for hauling. You can see more pics of the jeep here: View all the information on eBay

He wrote, “I have a 61 sw.In Oct 2014 made a deal to restore the truck for 6k and a 60 day time frame. 8k and 26 months later the truck returned as a total disaster. i need a willys expert to look at the truck in Chesapeake and write a critique of what it needs ,the work done and estimate of the $ needed to complete.I will gladly compensate you for you time and travel.
