“Original restored 1962 Willys Jeep Wagon 4×4. Kept this beauty original.”
Has square bolt heads on the windshield, indents, and a column shift. The VIN is supposed to be 17093, which is high for the square heads.
“1946 Willys Jeep CJ2A. First civilian Jeep Model. 4WD (Low and High) and 2WD. Three on the tree manual transmission. Flat-head four motor with all original parts with a 6V electrical system.
Does not run, motor is seized. The entire vehicle needs a TON of work. Would be a full restoration project with complete tear down and rebuild. Its been in storage in weather free storage for 12 years. Prior to that, it was barn stored. I entered ‘salvage’ condition above because there is not a “poor” option.
I’m taking offers with no certain price point in mind yet.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4200.
Seller took this to satisfy a debt and knows little about its drivability. It’s not quite as stock as the seller thinks, but appears fairly stock.
“We have a nice original 1948 Willy’s Jeep CJ2a for sale. The only thing that has been changed is it was upgraded to a 12 volt alternator from the 6 volt generator. It’s a 3 stick setup. 1 for the 3 speed transmission 1 for the hi-lo setting and 1 for the 2wd to 4wd it also has locking hubs. There is a roll bar and a bikini top which is not currently installed. It has the original 4 cylinder 134L engine in it. All the running gear is Dana. The Jeep was made by Kaiser Jeep in California. It has no rust and except for a few small bumps and bruises is in fine shape. All gauges are there and apparently in working order. It has a brand new exhaust system ready to be installed. All seats are intact but need cleaning for dust. Tires are marginal and need to be replaced with original Jeep style tires. If your looking for a mint condition Jeep this is not it. Not sure about its running condition as we took it for a debt and have not tried to start it. It has a clean title. It shows 21070 miles on the odometer not sure if those are original or not. Glass is good and it has a vacuum windshield wiper on the drivers side and a manual one on the passenger side.”
UPDATE: Price dropped to $850. Pics added.
(11/19/2016) Seller believes this is a WWII jeep, but it is a 1947 CJ-2A, based on the serial tag.

“WILLY’S JEEP CJ-2A, 1946-1949. Vehicle has no engine. Very little rust, mostly surface rust. No title, sold with bill of sale only. $995.00 OBO or trade for early JEEP MB/GPW parts. I can deliver with-in 300 miles for a fee.”
UPDATE: Status Unknown. Was $2950
Neither runs.
“I have 2 forward control FC 170 jeeps for sale. One is a 58 and the other is a 62. The 58 is missing the bed but otherwise they are both complete! They each have their rust issues as they all do but the 58 is by far the best body. They both still have the factory flathead 6 cylinders in them and 3 speed trans. It looks like neither one has ran for a long time and I don’t know the condition of the drivetrain. But they are pretty rare and collectable. They are sold on a bill of sale as I have no titles. 3,750.00 for both. ”
