Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1948 Jeep Willys. Runs and drives 100% haven’t had long but new project needs the funds. Original 4cly 3 speed with twin stick transfer case. 12 volt system. New brakes and bearings. Tub has been replaced. Tub is steel fenders are fiberglass. Has bikini top. No doors. All lights and gauges work. Has wiper blades and motors but not hooked up at the moment. No rust at all. This is my 6th Willys and by far the cleanest one I’ve owned. Paint is ok. Has its scraps and scratches but is presntable. Need it gone. Asking $7200 obo. Trades considered. Classic cars.
