Roberto shared these illustrations.
The first one (digital artwork) is a commissioned order cartoon for a customer at Quebec, Canada. It depicts a Canadian made Willys M38 jeep and his owner at the wheel (with his wife at co driver seat). This was offered as a birthday gift by a friend of him.

The second one, hand painted, is another Willys M38 jeep. This one was ordered by a customer at South Dakota. You could see the Mount Rushmore at background plus some details (birds, etc.) at the background. The customer appears at the wheel of his jeep with all his family.
And the third one (in black and white, also hand painted) was ordered as a birthday gift by a German customer and it was offered to his girlfriend. Both of them appear as his jeep and as background I draw a typical old French street.
UPDATE: This ad is still available.
I guess Texcel was a Scotch Tape competitor? Never heard of it.
“Approximate size: 5.5″x13.75″ (ad has not been removed from the 10.5″x13.75″ page)

Looks like a good price.

Runs and drives.
“I have a 72 Jeep CJ 6 for sale. Runs drives, 4×4 works. Will post pictures later. As you all know these Jeeps hold their value. When is the last time you saw a CJ6?? Have you ever? Same thing as a Cj5 except it is 20 inches longer. 258 CID manual tranny. Son in law off work for 4 months due to operation. Have to get rid of some of the toys. No text.”

I hasn’t been run in a couple years, but it is supposedly capable of running and driving. Looks like the trencher is a Jeep-A-Trench.
“Old Jeep Trencher maybe 1940’s or 1950’s
Will dig up to 7 feet
Last time ran 2 years ago

All new pistons, rings, cam, bearings, oil pump and gaskets. Transmission was totally replaced 10 years ago. Tires have over 50% rubber.
The tub is original. It has several repairs.
This is a turn-key vehicle with many extras, including:
An extra hood
Canvas top
Jerry cans
Tire pump
Rear axle housing
3 5-gallon buckets of miscellaneous parts
Rear seat
Plus many more extras too numerous to list here.
If you would like to take a look at this jeep seriously for purchase, please email me. This will be by appointment only. No low ball offers will be accepted.”

Seller isn’t sure what the value of the winch is. Note the angle iron spring shackles.
“Rear pto driven winch off a 1946 jeep willy’, works just fine, just don’t want on the jeep for restoration…. Not sure what it’s worth, make a reasonable offer…”
