Glenn spotted this trailer. Maybe it is a Converto Civilian Trailer?
“Post WWII jeep trailer. Similar to Bantam TC-3 (BT3-C) type trailer, but can’t confirm make/model. In excellent condition; has been garage kept throughout its lifetime. Body is solid and ready to haul (shows only very minor surface rust).
New tires purchased and bearings were re-packed to transport trailer from Chicago to Burnsville. Temporary wiring/lights installed, but likely needs work to be functional. Will need little work to get back on the road.
Call to make an appointment to come see. Would like to see someone looking for a nice jeep trailer to put this to good use!!
NOTE: estimated to be around 1945 model year; BT3-C is indicated as make/model as trailer is similar. No title for trailer exists.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
“Up for sale is a 1956 jeep willys overland 4×4. Still has the original drivetrain including strait 6cyl flat head, 3sp granny gear trans and twin stick 4×4. Four wheel drive works good. Carb needs cleaned. Will only run on choke. Has electric fuel pump. The body is rough and needs work , if you dont own a welder and know nothing about body work this truck is not for you. Motor has been rebuilt and has only 100 miles on it. Along with rebuild new clutch and pressure plate were installed. The brakes work really good and have some new lines and hoses . The wind shield is cracked and will need replaced. All the lights, turn signals work. ”
Nathan spotted this once-government owned wagon.
“1954 Willys wagon four wheel drive. Standard tranny with original axels and transfer case Dana 20 in front Dana 44 rear.
Lockout hubs all work
Has 350 Chevy engine that starts and runs. Ranch truck last registered in 1975.”
Note the large box under the front bumper. Hard to go offered with that.
“Great little Jeep, runs and drives good, no brakes. New carb. Also have a new brake master cylinder to install. The tires have good tread but are dry. One will leak down in a few days. It needs a battery to run and I use an electric fuel pump and a boat gas tank. I have the original gas tank, it is in good condition but needs to be cleaned out. The Jeep has a little rust and some body damage.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was No Price.
Needs work.

“Full canvas. Roll bars. 1983 Isuzu engine/trans. Five additional mounted jeep tires. Odometer may not indicate miles on ebgine.”

“1960 CJ6 for sale. This is a jeep I had every intention to have restored but after a year I still haven’t had a chance to really mess around with this or check around to see what the cost to restore it is. It does run but will need a good tuneup, currently it will run briefly and shut down due to I believe a busted air hose. It will need in my opinion a new brake system all the way around. I was told it has a small leak in the front axle. It will need a little body work. The front floor boards have a few small holes but the floor is sturdy. The back floor is going to need to be replaced, after I got it home and really started looking at it also appears one of the back floor cross braces will need to be replaced. The windshield frame has a good amount of rust. The knobs for the choke, governor, etc… need some work meaning they are very difficult to pull out. Also the previous owner installed a plastic gas tank with a universal pump. The NADA Guides classic car retail for this vehicle mechanically functional is 4525, avg retail 11,400, and high retail 21,800. I’m open to offers, the only reason I mention the NADA prices is if you restore jeeps you could probably make a good profit. I can send photos if needed. Thanks.”

“1954 Willis CJ3B high hood, flat fender jeep. Original 134 C.I. overhead valve, 4 cylinder gas engine. Runs and drives great. Comes with roll bar and bikini top. From Montana, good solid body! Must see, have to let her go!”

(02/02/2016) “This Willys is a true survivor. The id number is a MB number, but is considered a 1947 by the DMV. The tub is a MB. The jeep was modified for a film to look like a M38. The driver side has been smoothed over with bondo at some point, but the ribs for the tools can be seen on the inside. The window is post war as well as the M38 grille. The jeep will need to be seen.
It needs tlc for sure but is a driver.
I have the window rubber, just no glass.
The engine is what I can best figure is a 1953 F-Head Hurricane engine. It has the generator, but is wound to a 12v system.
It has Model A tail lights with the bezels painted green since the pics were taken.
The tires are new as of July 22nd. I also had Willys hand painted on the rear tailgate, as well as a personal tribute to a fallen family member, as well as a WWII Kilroy was here.
I am also having the rims painted green this week.
I am fixing it up as I keep driving it. If it doesn’t sell for my price, I will be fixing it up and keeping it.
The footlocker doesn’t go with the jeep. ”
