Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1978 DJ5 mail Jeep for sale. This is two wheel drive but has a posi rear so it’s great off road. Many upgrades including heavy duty military leaf springs which lifted it a couple inches, 16″ tires and rims instead of the stock 15″, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, & starter. Repainted in military flat tan last year. New mirrors, LED turn signal & brake lights. 6cyl AMC engine. True mileage unknown. Everything works but the transmission is slipping and I have way too many other projects to find time to work on this. Clean NV title.”

Wade is helping a family in his neighborhood sell this wagon. They are open to offers. They just kinda want it gone. They have had it for a long time and its too much of a project for them. The engine is a Chevy, and it is seized. Nothing else seems seized though. Only bad eat rust is on the bottom of the rear door, and around the rear wheel wells. Seller has more photos if needed/wanted. If anyone has questions they can call the number in the photo.
