UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1500
(08/12/2015) That looks like the original color.
“Perfect winter project or potential parts vehicle. 1965 CJ-5 Kaiser Jeep 4×4. Clean Colorado Title. I bought this jeep two years ago for $1800 based on the recommendation of a jeep enthusiast who was going to help me rebuild it. He got transferred for work and the reason I’m selling. My loss is your gain. $1500 OBO. There is a bent rod in the motor (4-cylinder Willys Hurricane), otherwise it ran solid. Swing by and take a look if you’re interested. I don’t know the front or rear end, transmission or transfer case specifics. The Jeep is located in Loveland, CO. The seats are still in the Jeep, I took them out to show the overall condition of the floor board.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $1800
It’s a project.
“1946 cj2a willys jeep basket case all original but in a thousand pieces. Lots of hard to find parts. Or a huge project with a clear title”

(08/17/2015) The 2A is a parts jeep. The M-38 hasn’t run in several years.

“1951 Willys M38 military 1/4 ton Jeep and 1946 Jeep CJ-2 plus lots of extra parts. I obtained these years ago with hopes of restoring or combining to make a ‘MB-like” Jeep. Time and health have not been good so I am selling it all.
M38 flat fender serial MC45339, built 12-51. -The M38 has had its original engine replaced by a F4-134 Hurricane and thus a hole was cut in the hood for clearance. There is a spare hood to replace it with. The 24v electrics were removed and rewired by 12v stock equipment. The brakes have been rebuilt and the vehicle was runnable 4 years ago, but has been under tarp since 2009, and has deteriorated.

(08/03/2015) Edgar Kaiser was Henry’s son if I’m not mistaken. The family owned a house on Orcas Island. There’s information about it here.
“3rd Owner, originally owned by Edgar Kaiser on his Orcas Island Buffalo Ranch. Very original. Low miles on professionally rebuilt motor.
Runs, drives, starts, stops.”
UPDATE: Still Available.
(03/08/2013) It needs a fuel pump.
“This jeep is all stock except the engine was swapped for a carbureted 225 Dauntless Buick V-6, i’m guessing out of a cj5. Running gear is stock t90 transmission, Dana 18 transfer-case, and Dana 27 axles.
The body is overall in good to great shape with no cancer and minimal surface rust, minus the hood which has had a cowl scoop installed to clear the air filter, it could be fixed easily if one were to want to do so, and the passenger side rear corner was reinforced for a spare tire carrier that is no longer there.
The steering column has been changed to one with tilt, i have the original.
The seats i was told were out of a 70’s camaro.
The spare tire carrier is built into the rear bumper and uses a spare front hub to hold the tire.
It has a front tow bar and an extra 15-20 gallon tank in the bed under the rear seat.
The engine needs a fuel pump but does run as is, i just haven’t taken the time to replace it.
The soft top has some tares in the windows and may need some replaced.”
UPDATE: **SOLD** Was on eBay.
