This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Sounds ready for some rugged trails.
“Up for sale is a 1948 Willys CJ2A. It has a 231 Buick V6, 4 speed Trans, Dana 18 Transfer Case, Dana 44 Rear Axle with a Detroit Locker, and a Dana 44 Front Axle with a Detroit TruTrac. New front split windshield frame and glass, new Bestop top and doors. It also has a new Painless Wiring Harness which is not finished (you finish it up). I will include a new radiator and electric fans plus all new gauges. The Willys has new suspension, new 33×12.50×15 MTZ’s and wheels, new stinger bumper (needs put on). Many extras and you just finish it up.”

“1948 Jeep CJ-2A. 4 cylinder/ 6 volt system. Meyers plow system/ 12 volt. No hydraulics. Everything works/runs well. Body in fair condition. Would be a great historical vehicle to restore.”

Not a great paint job, but this still might be a solid jeep.

This is right hand drive.
“Rare 1973 Jeep CJ-6, 4WD, RIGHT HAND Drive (the steering wheel is on the right). Custom Roll cage (never used), removable hard top. 273 ci engine needs a little work.
I used to ride this down at Ohio Power with a bunch of FJ-40s and this always held-up to the ‘Jeep Tradition’. Lots of fun to drive for a lefty. Need the space in my barn for other projects and don’t have the time I used to for this. Email if interested.”

“1959 Willys CJ6. 4.3 Chevy V6, TH350, Dana 300 twin stick. Rare hardtop. Power steering, power disk brakes, power windows for hard doors (has soft half doors too). 10k winch, CD player, great condition. No rust. Runs great!”

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $3500.
Has some modifications.
“48 jeep, original drive train, flat head 4cyl.,spring over axle conversion, needs brake work, runs good. Body was painted, floors were patched with metal but they could have been done better. Took on trade and don’t need it, I’m 6’5″ and can’t hardly sit in it. ”
