Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “This Jeep is for parts or restoration. It is not in driving condition. The body has a bit of rust, but not much considering the age. The transmission and transfer case are installed. The engine has the head removed, but included. The jeep has an old Warn 8K winch on it, not sure if it works. I don’t have a title.”

Needs bodywork.
“46′ Willys jeep cj2a, all 5 numbers match, Engine was rebuilt has less then 1k. Jeep is a driver, brakes, transmission, front hubs lock in but haven’t tested 4wd. in the process of getting the starter rebuilt. new front light wiring harness and tail lights work. Windshield is cracked but fame and seal is in good shape. front body work mostly done but need some skin work from sides and corners. price is negotiable.”

Doesn’t run. Needs body work on the passenger side. Unusual passenger ‘step’.
“1946 4×4 Willys Jeep VIN # 22582, Never had it started, original 4 cylinder engine is free, tires are good, good windshield and frame, still on the original 6 volt system, have many new parts to go with it, this one would make a easy restoration project.”

(03/03/2015) Engine starts, but vehicle doesn’t run.
“Up for sale is a mostly original 1966 Nissan Patrol. The engine, transmission, transfer case, drivelines, and axles are all complete. There are fold down seats in the rear, a spare tire holder and removable hard top. Only 62,000 original miles! The inside of this is complete as well, ready to restore or make it exactly how you want it. The body is in pretty good shape, not a lot of rust or dents with the original grill and headlamps. This Patrol will start, but it is not currently drive-able due to years of sitting. Once this rare vehicle is restored, or turned into a custom trail rig, it will be a head-turning classic. MOTOR-its powered by a AMC 304 V8 i dont not know the specs, but when she hooks up it’ll pop the front end no problem.

axles- 1969 wagoneer axles front dana 44 rear dana 44 3.73 gears and 27 spline shafts (the front is still the original dana 20 but the 44 comes with. )
