This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Art Moore let me know that the June 2014 issue of JP Magazine has an interesting article on unique vintage jeeps including the Creep (never heard of that one). I’m going to get an issue tomorrow.

(04/14/2011) Windy’s got this CJ-5 trencher for sale. He also has some extra parts for sale, too.
“For sale, ’70 Jeep trencher. body rough but could be repaired or get another early cj5 and put it on. Jeep is complete. Also have extra trencher parts from ’68 available. This is a neat piece of Jeep history fun project that I have to let go. $1500 for trencher OBO Title lost , bill of sale only. I’m near Lenharstsville PA. Gotta get rid of a few projects.”
