Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. Marco Marin shared pics from this year’s 2022 Yipao in New York. The jeeps might not be as piled high with stuff as you’ll find in a Colombian Yipao, but the jeeps still looked excellent.
Mike shared this unusual looking electric vehicle that seems to have been inspired by a jeep. It’s called a La Bagnole, which, according to the article, roughly translates to “Jalopy”.
This vehicle is intended to be a fun trail vehicle. It’s batteries are shaped like jerry cans.
Scott shared pics of his rebuilt and very useful vintage Knox trailer. There are still lots of old trailers out there waiting to be saved.
Got to give credit to WWII Russians who had a bold dream of flying a tank. I can’t believe that didn’t work out, lol! Thanks to Bill for sharing this interesting bit of history.

Jason Pall posted a pic to Facebook of some 1960s Jeeper Jamboree dash tags. Even on California jeeps these aren’t seen too often.

This looks like a decent build. It may have a CJ-3B windshield. It does have a fiberglass body kit.

“Listing my 67 Jeepster Convertible for $28,500 OBO. I don’t need to sell it, but I just don’t get to enjoy it as much as I wish so I wanted to check interest and plan to list locally as well. Original condition, just about every option including A/C, mag wheels in amazing condition, I do have a clock w/o base and small trim by the door handles (not in pics). Not original paint, I’ve owned it for 10 years and only have put about 2500 miles on it. 79,650 total. It runs good, it does leak a bit in my garage. Seats are original, small tear in the drivers side. I did add Jeep seatbelts to the rear seat. Body is in good condition, small scrapes, cracks, typical imperfections. Needs top, I have one but it’s old. I was planning to “restore” with new paint and carpet. I don’t see any rust, only starting to see very small bubbles by the tailgate and driver rocker.”
