This looks to be a CJ-3A chassis with a CJ-2A body.

(09/02/2022) This has no title or registration. What does the shifter between the seats control? Is that a plow-related device?

Listed as a 1946, it looks like it might be a CJ-3A with an M-38 body. It also has a rear bed extender. Only the one pic provided.
