Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1947 CJ2A affectionately named Rosie – runs, drives, shifts through everything (transfer case too), stops. All lights and signals work.
Still has original flathead motor, transmission and transfer case – getting harder and harder to find like this these days.

This is as nice of a Spen trailer as I’ve seen.
“Jeep Willy’s Spen Trailer. This is the trailer you would have gotten from a Jeep dealer as they did not sell Bantam trailers. It is in good shape, has some surface rust on the top side and could probably use a repaint or would be fine as is. Tires are new. Asking $2500 or best offer, comes with title”

This has a replacement body. This may be a 3B or a CJ-5 chassis given it is a 1955.

This is possibly a former Navy CJ-5, according to the seller. A Kelly hardtop is included.

“For sale is a 53 willys that has been sitting for around 7 years behind a church in Newburgh. I acquired it as a project but in my current situation am unable to give it the time and love it deserves. As far as I know it did run when it was parked but obviously doesn’t run now. It is a 69 year old New York vehicle so it has its fair share of rust but has solid bones given the state it had been left in. I am happy to entertain any offers within reason including trades. I have mirrors and the missing part of the rear door as well as a spare front grill.”
