Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. That’s the first Mechanical Wench I’ve run across. I have found most wenches require hands-on assistance.

UPDATE: **SOLD** Was $4800.
The seller indicates this is a 1943, but I don’t see much ’43 left in it.

Looks pretty good.
“Jeep is old, but runs and drives great. New brakes, the clutch and transmission are in great shape. 4-wheel drive. Everything on it is stock. 4-cylinder engine runs great. Tires are Specialty Tires of America 7.00-15LT. No leaks from engine or transmission.
This has a working front and rear PTO with front winch. The PTO works in forward or reverse. The front & rear PTO with axles are worth $2,000 alone.
Only minor rust, mostly from chipped paint, etc. There are no places where it is rusted through. Floors are solid. More photos available.
Clear title. Since this jeep is still mostly stock it would make a great restoring project. Jeep is located in Lakeland, Florida.
Price is firm.”

“1959 willys wagon bought from original owner was his hunting rig. Good running 327 bought as a factory crate engine when first came out. Has pto winch on front with overdrive. Nice straight body no dents hardley any rust nice original rig.”

“1946 willys cj2a runs good. it has the 132 4cyl , 3 speed tranny it needs some tlc but i drive it every day. im asking $3,000obo for it with the soft top,or $2,000obo without, i will consider a trade for a truck.”
