This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1952 Willys cj3a. Almost everything replaced or rebuilt. Sanded or media blasted down to bare metal then epoxy primed and painted. Rebuilt transmission, transfercase, front and rear end. All new brakes from master cylinder to brake shoes. All new fuel system from tank to carb, carb is a professionaly rebuilt origanal carter. All gauges, lights, switches, wiring harness are new and work great. New tires, wheels and tubes. New seat covers from beechwood canvas, new radiator, Battery, electronic ignition. To many new parts to list. Have recipts for all parts replaced. No rust, very clean straight jeep. Runs ,drives and stops as it should. This is a 62 year old jeep so if you are looking for a daily driver or something to do 60 or 70 mph in this is not for you. Please email with any questions or a phone number and i will call you back. Also have a complete motor, transmission, transfercase, and front axle to go with it, Price is $10,500 or best offer”

“For sale is a 1950 Willys military jeep, model V35/U. It has been mechanically restored and just needs some light cosmetics. It cranks great, runs great, and stops straight. They just don’t come along any better.”

Has had a few changes, but mostly stock.
“Desert Jeep. Mostly original. New electrical. Replaced generator with alternator. New drum brakes. About all that’s left to do is paint it. There are some minor chips and dings, but no major structural damage. I really enjoyed fixing it up and driving it around town, but I need room in the garage. The spare tire bracket is welded to the roll bar, so no stress on the back quarter panel. Yes, that’s a oogah horn in the photo; I still have the original horn. It just doesn’t sound as cool….”
