This section used to be split into jeeps, parts and other categories, but recent changes to eBay will require this information to be recoded.

Importantly, the allure of buying a project jeep can be romantic. The reality of restoring a jeep can be quite different, expensive and overwhelming without the right tools and resources. “1952 Willys Jeep CJ 4×4. This is a MAJOR Project or use for Parts or stick it out as some Yard Art. It is VERY RUSTY. The frame and tub both have cancerous rust. The whole floor has been replaced with expanded metal. It does have a 4 cyl Chevy engine swapped into it. Been sitting and not running for decades. It does have a clean title in my name. $950. Buckeye, AZ. I am not selling it for scrap. If no one wants to buy it, I will just keep it and make some cool yard art out of it. The wheel dollies are not included and not for sale.”

This militarized CJ-3A has some fiberglass patches in the floor.

Listed as a 1946 CJ-2A, this looks more like a CJ-3A to me. The 2A ignition switch hole is absent, there are no bow holders, the radiator and oil filter mount are not 2A, and it lacks the front frame horns.
