“Hard to find Rare Willys Jeep truck 4×4 body off restorated with all very straight body lines and fenders. The gorgeous custom aqua paint is done in high quality with a beautiful western theme interior. These were made for hard work so it is special to find one in this condition. The rebuilt motor is a 226.2cid rated at 115 HP and drives like a dream with its 3 speed transmission. Custom side rails done in high quality are removeable. The undercarriage is spotless. “This is what is known in the Jeep world as a Jeep Salad. It’s built up from parts of several old Willys from various years.
The chassis is mid-50s Wagon with the L6-226 flathead engine.
Original 12V generator system
Transmission and transfer case are standard T-90 and D-18
Rear axle has coil, overload springs added for greater payload.
Stake bed is a hydraulic tilt bed – PTO driven. It’s a well done, home made job. and it works.
Dual exhaust stacks are obviously home made.
Good tires and a non-matching spare
Rear window glass cracked
Driver window cracked – may have a spare
Windshield good
Lights work
Engine needs head gasket – purchased but not yet installed
Needs fuel pump – also purchased but not yet installed.
We’ll knock $100 off if you want to do those yourself.
New gas tank

“1956 Willys pickup with a post hole auger on the back. PTO drivin off the transfer case to a PTO gear box on the rear of the pickup. Has a 250 inline 6 Ford and a Ford 3 speed adapted to a Dana 18 transfer case.
Pros
-runs, drives, operates and digs holes
-rewired ignition and battery cables
-New plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, fuel lines, altranator, air cleaner, oil change, belts, starter, exhaust to down pipe gasket, exhaust & muffler, gauge set, battery, and more
Cons
-lots of rust
-previous owner patched the frame in many places
-lots of jimmy rigged stuff
-radiator has small leak. Does not overheat
-no brakes
-it’s ugly
-no title/off road use only
Overall it works well but it’s ugly and nasty. Price will go up as I keep fixing/replacing parts.”

Dyno tuned, estimated 430 hp at engine, has not been drag raced or street driven since the build, I have driven it in parking lots. It runs and drives great. New C&R radiator, electric water pump, new fuel tank and high volume pump. New steel floors, new polished aluminum firewall, diamond plate alumimum truck bed, new tires, new American racing wheels, two new Hoosier slicks on matching wheels. Prof. built full roll cage, new Corbeau race seat, new 6 point harness, fire extinguisher, second frame installed for passenger seat. New headers, exhaust with electric cutouts. Windows are Lexan plastic. I have some seals and a set of front fenders with the sale, rear fenders are available online. The stamped Willys logo”
