“The top picture with the caption underneath “MOUNTAINS IN COLORADO….” would have been taken on the east side of the Garden Of The Gods in Colorado Springs. The shot is looking west. The area to the west and north of the Garden Of The Gods is where the devastating Waldo Canyon wildfire swept into Colorado Springs last summer.

The Garden Of The Gods is a spectacular sight. Hiking is allowed, but no jeeping.
